Costa Rica San Marcos Reserva - from the High mountains located in the north of the Central Valley. Grown at 1300m above sea level, the cherries are hand picked in December during the peak week of the season. San Marcos Reserva is selected and prepared in accordance with the highest quality standards of the Speciality Coffee Association of Costa Rica.
The coffee has a fine and well defined chocolate aroma with a good body and high acidity. It is smooth, consistent and very well balanced.
