Brazil Bourbon Pocos de Caldas - The Bourbon is an ancient coffee variety grown on a Fazenda (farm) 45 minutes from the Spa town of Pocos de Caldas. The coffee is hand-picked and has unique delicate flavours and a fruity aroma. The Bourbon's origins are from a single-seeding coffee plant presented to Louis XIV by the Mayor of Amsterdam.
The coffee exhibits a wonderful clarity and brightness.
