This tea is grown in the Songxi tea garden located in the Wuyi mountains near the town of Nanping
The garden is based at approximately 250m altitude and extends to 160 hectares of which 5 hectares are certified for our Organic production
The sub-tropical climate of warm winters and mild summers allow the plants to develop a good green tea with closed leaf and a slightly tart taste
The cup colour of this powerful tea is a bright deep yellow
One teaspoon per cup. Brew for 2 minutes using water at 80c
Taste / Ingredients: mild, slightly tart
