Tea and Coffee Cut Heart Disease Risk

Tea and Coffee Cut Heart Disease Risk

If you drink coffee or tea on a regular basis you can reduce the risk of heart disease. This is according to a recent study conducted in The Netherlands

The study team looked at tea and coffee consumption amongst 37,514 people for 13 years!
Those who drank 3 - 6 cups of tea every day were 45% less likely to suffer with heart problems. Coffee drinkers consuming 2 - 4 cups per day showed 20% less risk.

The researchers believe the benefits derive from high levels of antioxidants in both tea and coffee.
