With six years extensive experience in the coffee industry, Victoria Bishop has launched a new independent supplier, The Armadillo Coffee Co. Having successfully founded and run quality cafés in fashionable Notting Hill, and country market town Marlborough in Wiltshire, Victoria divides her time between managing coffee supplies to top caterers and restaurants, visiting plantations in far flung producing countries such as Costa Rica and Panama, and as the PR consultant to the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE)

The Armadillo Coffee Co aims to source premium quality, freshly roasted coffees and deliver them to customers at peak freshness. Victoria works closely with her own Master Roaster to select coffees that are not only ethically sourced but from the best quality estates. These coffees are only roasted to order in small batches.
